Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may be not returned become:
Personalized or custom-made products
Perishable goods such as food or flowers
Digital downloads
Intimate or hygiene products
Products on sale
Additional excluded items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused.
In original condition and packaging
Accompanied by a proof of purchase or receipt
Please note: Items returned more than 30 days after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only a partial refund are granted, for example in the case of:
Books with clear signs of wear
Opened CDs, DVDs, vinyl records, cassette tapes, or software
Items that are damaged or parts that are missing are not our responsibility.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you a confirmation email.
Upon approval, your refund processed within a few business days via your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
Are you still waiting for your money? Then follow these steps:

Exchanges
We only replace products that defective or damaged be.

Gifts
Was it a gift and was it sent directly to you? Then you will receive a gift card worth the value of the returned item.
Was the gift initially sent to the giver? Then the refund will be made to the giver.

Shipping costs are at your own expense.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Any return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
For expensive items, we recommend a traceable shipping service or insured shipping to use.
For shipments from outside the Netherlands, always clearly state on the outside of the package that it is a return shipment.
